De waterdruk was laag, afwassen moest met water uit de waterkoker.

A very good base which is generally very well equipped and spacious. A good size courtyard where you can enjoy the lovely warm weather. Very good location within the town - easy access to shops restaurants and the beach. El Cotillo is a great place !

The instructions to find the accommodation were poor (we arrived in the dark) and there is no number on the building only a small sign but with a different name on it. We tried the three other yellow buildings in the road before getting the right one! Something easily fixed and it did not spoil our stay. The bed isn't the most comfortable as it has sunk in the middle. The sink in the bathroom did not have hot water but again these were only minor issues and did not affect our stay too much.

Gute Lage mitten im Ort, nachts total ruhig. Appartment gut ausgestattet und hübsch dekoriert. In der Küche alles was man braucht. Terrasse prima für einen Kaffee und um sich mal rauszusetzen.

Auf der Terrasse gab es nur Polster für die beiden Stühle. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer muss mal getauscht werden. In der Mitte ist eine große Kuhle. Wir waren drei Wochen da. Es gab nur eine Garnitur Bettwäsche und 2 Garnituren Handtücher zum Wechseln. Zum Glück gab es eine Waschmaschine. Warmes Wasser gibt es nur an der Spüle und in der Dusche. Nicht aber am Waschbecken. Das wurde vom Vermieter bestätigt. Drei Wochen mit kaltem Wasser rasieren nervt einfach ! Und Warmwasser kommt nur in geringer Menge. Duschen geht so, an der Spüle braucht man Geduld. Leider noch was. Das Appartement ist ziemlich dunkel. Das Fenster im Wohnzimmer ist über der Tiefgarageneinfahrt und zurück gesetzt. Zur Terrasse ist Sonnenschutzverglasung, also getöntes Glas. Was im Sommer bestimmt Sinn macht.

Buona la posizione in una zona tranquilla ma vicino a ristoranti e spiaggia… Cucina ben attrezzata e nota positiva presenza di Netflix (per chi come noi voleva rilassarsi alla sera dopo cena)

Materasso con una buca nel mezzo quindi non semplice dormire… Inoltre ad una mia richiesta di carta igienica (1 rotolo e mezzo per 4 giorni mi sembra un po’ pochino) mi è stato detto che la ragazza delle pulizie sarebbe riuscita a venire dopo un giorno e mezzo (richiesta fatta il lunedì ed eventuale consegna il mercoledì). Ora non è stato un problema andarla a comperare, ma l’host o chi per lui deve essere “presente” giornalmente…
