Communication was very helpful and everything was nice. The room was clean and bright. The hosts took into account our wish to check in sooner. Also, all the necessary elements for living were available, coffee and tea were freely available. I liked that the location is close to the train station. And also the fact that the owners were available for communication at any time.

The only thing that was a disadvantage was the construction work nearby, so every morning we were woken up by a drill and other tools. But this is not the fault of the apartment owners. There were also some interruptions with the Internet at night, but it didn't last long, so it didn't cause any particular inconvenience.

We stayed in Deluxe Suite and Deluxe Twin Room. Deluxe Suite is spacious, though I don't think it could easily accommodate 4 people. It is very comfortable for two people, though, especially if you need to do some work as there is a desk in the living/kitchen area. Both places are very clean and the beds are comfortable.

Deluxe Suite is on the ground floor and it can get noisy in the summer because the living room faces fairly busy street and the sound is pretty strong even in the bedroom. Internet was not working very well, especially in the bedroom; there is no bedside lighting sufficient for reading in bed. There is a bike stand in the courtyard, which would be very convenient, except that one needs to take the bike through a narrow hall inside which has had boxes stored there since we last visited the place half a year ago. Deluxe Twin Room is located in half-basement and it has no door inside separating the toilet and the shower cabin from the bedroom. The price tag, especially for the Deluxe Suite, of about 100 Euro per night is rather high. The place is not downtown, so unless one for some reason needs to be in this particular area of Pardubice, as we do, there are plenty of more affordable options in town.

Good location near train station 15-20 minutes on foot. Also there was near a petrol station with a 24h supermarket Billa.

There was a lot of garbage in the drawers of the bedside tables. We didn’t find a kitchen and there wasn’t anyone to ask. At first it was written that it was not necessary to pay in advance, but the funds were withdrawn from the card before settling.

Didn't like anything.

Internet did not work on any of the four devices. Public parking where you can not park after 18:00, there are no free places. The heating in the room was never turned on. In the shower, water poured in all directions, but not on us. The booking invoice showed the amount of 342 euros, and 368 euros were debited from the account, why no one explained.
