The property, consisting of two apartments, is located in Cala Liberotto, a town that takes its name from one of the many beaches, and is located in a new residential area, Sos Alinos, full of services and conveniences, all easily accessible on foot. From here you can easily reach all the beaches, almost 18 (!!!!) and all not far away (about 1 km). The property is very pretty, equipped with every comfort, convenient for location and outdoor spaces, with every useful accessory for the family inside. It is arranged over two floors. Upstairs, passing through one of the covered verandas, furnished with a wooden sitting area, you have direct access to apartment no. 1, composed of a living room with white kitchenette, to pass through a French door to the second covered veranda, furnished with a mini table and chair, convenient for drinking a coffee or reading a good book. The sleeping area is concentrated in a few meters, but well structured: a double bedroom with kingsize bed, Sardinian headboard and curtain with handcrafted sun-shaped mirror; the children's room has a bunk bed; the cream and turquoise bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and bidet. On the lower floor, apartment no. 2, a delightful basement, which can be accessed through a small veranda furnished with an ivory-yellow rattan lounge, colored by a fuchsia bougainvillea planted in a green 'artichoke' vase. It also has a white living room with a yellow kitchenette. In the living room you can count on three additional beds, thanks to the sofa bed for one and a half and the sofa bed with folding opening. Larger than the upper floor, the sleeping area which has a second bathroom and two other bedrooms: one double also with a king-size bed, headboard, curtains and bedside tables in Sardinian style; a bedroom with two twin beds (which can be joined to form a double bed) and an orange bathroom. In total up to 11 beds: 8 in the four bedrooms, 3 in the living rooms with accommodation in sofa and / or armchair-bed. Equipment for children is available: two cots, two high chairs, games and a delightful colorful house outside where children can happily entertain themselves. Inside, and for maximum comfort on each floor, you will find: washing machine, air conditioning with Daikin split inverter, microwave oven, small appliances, satellite TV with Sky decoder (just insert your card to continue using your subscription also in holiday!). Outside, a large gazebo area with barbecue and green flowerbed with fragrant Mediterranean plants and olive trees: here you can have lunch and dinner together, while the children play. The large and colorful shower and the external sink allow you to more easily manage the moment when guests return from the beach.
