Superb luxury apartment in the heart of Granada Centro with the Cathedral and Plaza Nueva a minutes walk away. High spec super clean apartment with all the modern comforts including AC and en suites plus electronic blinds for the floor to ceiling windows.

Was an amazing apartment but personally it would have been good to have a blind over the window in the en-suite as the light came in though the glass door in the mornings but that’s just being picky! An amazing apartment.

Nice large apartment and great location to all the main activities and restaurants. Having a washing machine in the kitchen is also helpful. The apartment could use better windows and shades to block out noise and light. Also, there was a sewage smell coming from one of the bathrooms, but other reviews said that was due to the recent rains and was typical of Granada. We kept that bathroom closed and windows opened to minimize the smell.

Loved the apartment. Location was fantastic.

Was a little pricey and even though we were told there was a parking spot we could book, we were told it was unavailable. That was the main reason we booked this place, so was pretty disappointing to have paid so much and not been allowed to use the parking space

Unit Very Nice - Spacious, Clean, Comfortable !!!! Do not expect free parking Do not expect easy laundry Location Loud - can hear street people nightly until 2-3am. Can hear delivery/garbage trucks early 6-7am. Street people trying to see access code to building. 1 key to unit made difficult for 2 couples
