Cashmere Hills B&B

A lovely little B&B tucked up in the quiet hills of Christchurch. The hosts are exceptional and we really enjoyed relaxing in their home. Delicious breakfast was served every morning and we enjoyed chatting and sharing stories with Fukiko. The room/area was much bigger than expected. It's tidy, cosy and well maintained. The onsen was the cherry on top of the wonderful stay, thanks for doing that for us!

There's not much to not like! The only watch out is that the house is up a very steep hill and then down a very steep driveway so you either need to rely on Uber/Taxi, the bus if your schedule is more flexible or hire a car.

Large room/apartment, comfortable king bed and sofa, nice shower, terrace. Overall very clean and peaceful. Location is in a quiet residential area on the hill and the garden very well entertained. Hosts are friendly and accommodating.

Fabulous B&B in the Hills overlooking Christchurch. A beautiful, comfortable home, built several years ago, after earthquake in CC. The most delightful and friendly hosts with knowledgeable recommendations. One bedroom room was spacious and private overlooking gorgeous gardens. I could have stayed forever. Breakfast was our choice of hot or cold with coffee, fruit, toast, bacon, and eggs, etc. Great way to start the day. Location is fabulous , less than five minutes drive down to the main roadway through Christchurch and beyond to lovely villages, such as Sumner, Little River and Akaroa. Cannot recommend highly enough.
