    Stayed here twice now. Perfect location to CBD and close to trams etc.

    Excellent location. However, the rooms could feel a bit cleaner and the amount the doors slam and ricochet through out the building is shocking. I was also disappointed that a room attendant walked into my room when I had checked in pushing her caddy through the door as I was changing. She apologized but its not acceptable. They also couldn't cater for a coeliac in the restaurant, but that's okay as Chch offered plenty of food choices. I was pleased they could give me an early check in and late checkout at no extra cost and they also looked after my bags for me while I explored before my flight home.

    Nice hotel in great location.No parking available,they recommend 12 dollar a night carpark over the road.Bed super comfy.Staff very natural and friendly.Hotel is modern and clean.ChCh is a great city and this hotel is right in the middle of it,you can walk everywhere.
