Bit noisy of a night, due to the restaurant next door playing loud music until late into the night

Near to all Fyra attractions and shops, restaurants. It is located in an internal path, so there is no too much noise. The room is clean and the owner, Anastasia, is very friendly, eager to solve any difficulties or problems.

I would like to include breakfast and to provide the potential to hang up clothes outside outside the room (there is no a central unit).

The location was perfect, super friendly staff and the ease of getting in and out of the property was the best part.

There is no view of anything, they do not advertise this for a reason. They are interior rooms with no windows. We also ran out of hot water frequently but you get what you pay for.

The property itself is dirty and kind of sketchy. When I first got there, I started worrying how we would spend 2 nights in such a dirty property. We got to Santorini very early so we couldn’t check in right away. We were able to leave our luggage in the dedicated space and they kindly allowed us to use a back room to get changed in the meantime. However, all these commun areas are very dirty: Dust, scrap furniture, insects … you name it. When we got our room, we were relieved. They are not as bad as the commun areas. The rooms are way nicer. The manager is helpful even if you really feel like he tries to help you book stuff (rental card, tours…) just to get a commission. All in all our experience was “okay” but very overpriced like everything else In Santorini.

The commun areas are to be improved. It’s not welcoming at all.
