About this villa rental
This is a brand new 3 bed villa which was finished in November 2017,been finished to a high standard and excellent furniture etc,pool is 8x4m with a children’s pool at one end,24 hour security and car rental and motorbike rental available.Also a onsite restaurant with thai and Europeon food available,the villa is 5 Kms from the town center and only 2 kms from black mountain golf course and water park and wake park.
Electric is charged extra at local rate,payable on check out.
At the development they emphasize on family fun and good times for both vacationers as well as permanent residents, and for that purpose there common area serves as the heart of the small village, here is always room for kids, and fun around the big pool and water slide, or a late night get together for the adults around the bar and pool table.
The staff are always around to help if needed or to give advice and assistance in trip and tours in and around wonderful Hua hin
We do not take a damage deposit but we do ask guests to take care of the villa and contents,any damage will be charged for,Thankyou
Small local shop 5 minute walk away selling snacks,ice cream,beer etc
