About this villa rental
If you want a relaxing holiday in the new and modern house close to the beach, nightlife or golf courses, this villa is the perfect place. The house was completed in 2013 and holds top Scandinavian standard. The entire complex is gated and has security 24 hours a day.
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, large double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fans and ample closet space. 3 of the bedrooms located on the 1st floor with direct access to the pool and garden. 'Master' bedroom on the 2nd floor has its own terrace and walk-in closet. Sheets and towels are included in the rent.
The house has a large living room, well equipped kitchen and lovely patio with both seating area / sofa and dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, oven, chills, / refrigerator and dishwasher. In addition there are also coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven and the necessary utensils and crockery. Large washing machine is also available.
The outdoor area features large private swimming pool with jacuzzi, waterfall, corresponding Outdoor and large tropical landscaped garden. The whole plot is fenced and screened from view. Part of the outdoor area has a large superstructure with ceiling fans and downlights, and is furnished with a great dining area for 8 people as well as a large lounge / sitting area. The plot is well lit with dimmable lights around the house and garden, with built-in lights in the swimming pool.
The house has a safe in each bedroom, alarm system and motorized gate with remote control.
There is wireless internet throughout the house, stereo with connection for IPhone / IPad / USB and 42 '' plasma TV and DVD player.
The accommodation area also has a free shuttle bus with several departures daily to / from the city center and the beach.

Fabulous villa for 8 people. Very luxurious and designed so it’s not overlooked. Has everything you could wish for to make the perfect holiday. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. Local restaurants were wonderful. Need to hire bike to reprovision. Mr M tuk tuk and taxi perfect to travel around. Owner & housekeeper very quick to respond to questions & sorted any issues quickly. Would certainly recommend this villa for families and large groups. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
