Clean, good location, self check in, direct contact with the manager
Poor communication about parking, which led to the police blocking our cars. The manager “forgot” to mention that the parking lot he had recommended was a paid one (with no barrier or clear signage to indicate it). Luckily, one of us spoke Czech and managed to negotiate with the police - the fine was supposed to be €250. Meanwhile, the manager conveniently disappeared right when the police arrived, never took responsibility, and never offered to cover the fine, even though it was entirely his fault. Apart from this incident, everything else was good.
