Csodálatos szállás, mindennel felszerelve, kényelmes ágy. Sok boci és cica, rengeteg járgány, játszószoba, a gyerekek felügyelet nélkül is kinn lehettek. Közel egy gyönyörű vízesés, fél óran belül a legtöbb kirandulóhely.

I think that this accomodation is good value for the price. Far from the lakes, but that’s a fact that anyone can actually google (just commenting on some previous evaluations). Quiet place surrounded by nature, woods. You can save a lot of money traveling from here to the lakes. The place was very well equipped with everything and very clean. The father even helped us out very nicely, so I would like to thank him again.

Even though everything is adjusted for kids, I do not consider this apartment suitable for little children - there are pretty high stairs from the parking lot and the garden to the first doors and second stairs from inside to go up to the actual apartment. That way you cannot even let your little ones out of sight, because it could be dangerous for them. It is not shown on the photos and it should be. Another minus would be the fact that because of the location of the apartment, you cannot even let them play outside while you cook or something,. This is how it is, but I think parents of little kids should take all that into consideration. Also, another thing that bothered us was that the apartments are situated above the cowshed. The smell was not that bad, until you opened the windows in the bedrooms. Overall, I did not find anything else. We saw the owner the first day that we arrived, got the keys, but when we asked about some interesting things to see around, the owner gave us leaflets. There was no extra effort like in our previous accomodation, from her side, where the owners took us to see the animals and went beyond, we felt like home there. Not here, but I understand that some people want to welcome their guests and make them feel like home and some just want to profit. That is okay.

The location is within 10 mins drive to the supermarket, petrol kiosk, eateries... The house is very clean and the towels are all provided. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, dish washer, cooking utensils and basic condiments. You have to bring own toiletries though. The host Verena and Herta even offered to wash and dry our laundry in the morning at a minimal charge, all done before late noon. Their fresh eggs and milk are also available for purchase too. Verena has been very helpful to meet our requirements when we texted her. She even went to great length to help us with emergency requests. We were all very grateful for her help and friendliness, it was a very memorable and pleasant stay for all of us, not to mention the lovely scenery around the farm house too. I would highly recommend it with 10/10

The only 'challenge' we faced is the 2 long flights to the room. This is part of the feature of the house and I am not complaining but just to list it down as an information for consideration.

Everything...farmhouse locates away from the town but close to everything. Salzburg is just 20 minutes away. Supermarket and restaurants are less than 10 minutes by car. There are hiking routes just from the farmhouse. You will meet wild deers and rabbits grazing at dawn. Fresh milks and eggs are a good plus.

We missed bread service...but we have perfect kitchen to bake and cook. No complaints 👌
