+ Super Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet , nur 5 min vom Badesee entfernt,
+ Die Stadt ca. 10 min , somit hat man auch seine Ruhe am Abend.

- Die Sauberkeit war bei der Anreise leider nicht gut , am Boden war ziemlich viel Staub.
Vor Anreise von Gästen sollte nochmal alles kontrolliert werden.
- Die Vermieter wohnen oberhalb der Unterkunft und die Trittgeräusche / Schall war ziemlich laut
- Wasserkocher ohne Funktion

Very comfortable, clean and air conditioned annexe with most things needed for self catering. Good location with lake within walking distance. Carcasonne is walkable but takes over 1 hour. Information leaflets for area supplied by hosts and help offered for booking trips and restaurants etc.
Annexe garden area could have been made a bit more private as is overlooking driveway and access to main house. A bit isolated for amenities, no shops or restaurants nearby. Have to go to carcasonne for this. Car needed.
