The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in the region. The parking was excellent and the air conditioning was brilliant, as we arrived in a heatwave, with temperatures consistently in the high 30s. The gite is spacious and comfortable, with everything that we needed and nothing more. The decor and fittings are a little tired, but after a couple of days it felt quite homely. Our host didn't speak a word of English, but we muddled through using Google translate. Overall, a good stay.

Very friendly owner, available and flexible. Flat is very nice, very well equipped, nothing missing, nice terrasse. Very quiet area at 10 minutes from the Cité of Carcassonne

Lack of communication with host due to language issues, nothing at all in information pack in English or French regarding recycling, or local Emergency numbers, Found some sort of message inside a wardrobe in French ref cleaning??? Felt there could have been far more information for English speaking guests. Not enough comfortable seating for 4 adults as only a 2 seater settee Balcony chairs very hard Kitchen equipment very Basic Stairs not easy with large cases if unsteady on your feet.
