Niezwykle miła i bezproblemowa obsługa. Bardzo duży i przestronny apartament. Super czysty pokój, świeża, pachnąca pościel i bardzo wygodne łóżko. Świetny apartament, ze wspaniałym widokiem na panoramę na miasta. Dosłownie 2 minuty na piechotę od Wysokiej Bramy i starówki. Niczego nam nie brakowało, aż żałowaliśmy że byliśmy tak krótko :)

Location is the best selling point for this property, you are right in the old town with an easy walk to entire old town which covers most of the attractions plus the property is right in front of a bus and tram stop which makes it easier to commute if you will be using public transportation, there is a direct bus from Olsztyn Glowny to property with just 6 stops and if you are getting down at Olsztyn Zachodni then its just a few mins walk. Room size is bigger than Hotel rooms and washroom is also bigger with a very nice shower, room had coffee machine, kettle plus they provided complimentary tea/coffee packets, coffee pods and water bottles. Checkin was easy with help of staff in restaurant which also acts as reception.

While everything else was great, there can be improvements with cleaning and maintaining of the room. Kettle that was provided in room was full of scale so it looked like it was not cleaned for a long time plus there was cover taken out in washroom near the exhaust which was also bit weird as literally had roof in washroom with missing tile cover

There’s not enough stars for Kamil, Karol and Provincja Team. Exceptional hospitality, comfort and cleanliness.

Location was very close to centre, welcome drink was a nice touch

Check in from 3pm but unable to even leave bags as property not open. Room was very small and barely able to traverse between end of bed and wall due to location of TV. Room overlooked pub/restaurant opposite so very noisy in the evening. Front entrance appeared to be a hangout of the homeless
