The staff of Shahnawaz and Santosh among so many others were exceptional. They all took the facilities experience and food to a whole new level. The ambience and greenery of the whole place was great. The pool room layout was well thought of with outside bathroom access. The service with a smile and initiative of every staff member right from the buggy driver to our checkout manager was among the best we have encountered anywhere. The spa is a must do. We enjoyed the massages and the attention to details. We loved our stay and will surely return.

The lawn Jacuzzi clearly had not been used/cleaned in a while. Became all muddy when turned on. A separate credit card machine in the tented checkout area would we great.

Nice properly courteous staff But u need to reserve your table for breakfast in advance

We had to wait for 30 minutes to get a seat for breakfast while more than half the seats were vacant The staff did no let us sit on any of them saying these are reserved Very strange that morning breakfast tables are given on first come first served basis everywhere but not in this hotel

Luxury. , experience like never before . Food experience felt like we are out of india.

The hospitality was great. The staff was very caring and warm.

The property is not very friendly for older people who have problem in walking. The roof top restraunt is open only during dinner timings and they serve only buffet of local cuisine. The other restraunt is a closed space with no ventilation. During our stay there was some function happening in the near by village and there were loud speakers blaring till 10:00 in the night.
