This property is in the middle of Old Town, across from the bus station and very close to the train station. Restaurants and the Beach are in very close proximity. The apartment was very clean and spacious and was exactly as depicted on line. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was seamless and he responded to questions very quickly. There is some construction going on in the building so it can be noisy at times during the day. You might want to check with the owner on the status of the construction.

Traveling with grown children can be tricky. This Apt made it easy. My two negative details are slightly dusty curtains and old toilet brushes in bathrooms. Beyond that fully equipped and loved new washing machine. Wonderful to be 5 mins. to rua direita área and Conceição beach. Thanks for all João!

This apartment is conveniently located across the street from the bus station and a very short walk from the train station. Note: the apartment is on the third floor (no elevators) which wasn't an issue for us. Beds were comfortable. Apartment is quite spacious. There were enough utensils in the kitchen so we could prepare a meal at "home". Apartment is within walking distance to the square and numerous eateries as well as grocery stores (there is grocery store right across the street). The only drawback we can think of is the beeping of the walk signal from the traffic light which is right outside the apartment. The "walk" signal beeps (for the vision impaired) all night long. Other than that the apartment was very adequate. Check in was flawless and easy. Host was quick to answer any inquiries.
