Sarlat La Caneda: SPACIOUS APARTMENT WITH GARDEN AND PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL

Very impressed with the apartment, we loved every minute there and wished we’d booked longer. The balcony was lovely to sit out on even with the road being directly below, we had all five of us sat there chatting on a few occasions. Inside the property the layout suited everyone with several places to sit and the pool was an added bonus. Location is perfect, minutes away from Lidl for supplies and a nice walk into Sarlat centre. There are many narrow passages with restaurants and shops to go to, much prettier than we imagined and highly recommended. Our host was great and supplied all the essentials such as toilet paper kitchen roll and cleaning products, all the things that make the stay easier. Thank you for making our stay so lovely.

This was a really great place to stay. We were there for 2 weeks and felt very at home! The flat is lovely and very big, and the garden is a fantastic place to have dinner or a nice sit. The balcony was also wonderful to sit and watch the world go by.

This is a beautiful apartment, lovingly filled with typically French period furniture, and ample living and sleeping space. The host was away on business, so his mother Pascale welcomed us, and was informative, helpful, and kind. The weather did not permit use of the outdoor spaces, but the deck, garden and private pool were enticing and would be a wonderful asset on a warm day. The kitchen is compact, but functional, and all the amenities listed were present and in working order. Easy drive to the Lascaux caves, and walking distance to the magnificent medieval area of Sarlat; wish we could have stayed longer. Note: while the listing indicates two bathrooms, there is only one WC in a separate room, and one room with a shower and sink. Merci Valentin et Pascale.
