The apartment was really big and well maintained. The living room and kitchen are spacious and well equipped. Bath room and bedrooms are small and limited, but have what is needed and we found the beds comfortable. The location is right on one of the main streets. It was very nice.
The entrance hall is in dire need of renovation. Sadly it does not represent how nice the apartment is.

Excellent location, right in the middle of Epernay.
Overall a great, spacious apartment with all the equipment you'll need for a stay in Epernay. Fully equipped kitchen, great living room and a more than adequate bathroom.
There was a bit of a weird smell in the front bedroom. I think this was due to the fact that the Central Heating installation is also located there, along with the cleaning equipment. Note, this is out of sight, but in the room nevertheless.
Please note that this smell goes away with ample ventialtion
