Cozy apartment in Bairro Alto

The apartment was well equipped and well located. Also, the host was able to accommodate us regarding the check in time, which was really appreciated. The pictures accurately represent the apartment.

The staircase leading to the apartment is very steep and narrow. Given that the apartment is located on the top floor, they can definitely be intimidating at first glance. It's possible to see it in the photos, but you have to be careful of the sloping ceiling so you don't hit your head in the apartment.

La scalinata molto ripida per raggiungere l’appartamento all ultimo piano ,scalini molto stretti e pericolosi in discesa

Estuvimos 7 noches en el apartamento regentado por Sophia y estuvimos súper agusto. Nos cancelaron el vuelo de ida, lo que supuso muchos cambios y lo fuimos hablando con ella y gestionándolo sin problema. Buena atención. El apartamento está bien ubicado, a poco más de 5 minutos andando de la Plaza Luis de Camoes, así que andando te plantas en nada en el centro. También tiene cerca zonas de fiesta y restauración típicas de la zona de Bairro Alto pero no se oye ni un ruido desde el apartamento (la calle es tranquila) En otros comentarios vimos que el baño olía a tuberías y, la verdad, no es para tanto. Es un cuarto piso, sin ascensor, con escaleras estrechas y empinadas, es algo que hay que tener en cuenta a la hora de reservar. A nosotros no nos supuso ningún problema, pero si eres una persona con problemas de movilidad o vas con niños pequeños, es algo a tener en cuenta. Por lo demás, el apartamento, está equipado con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda y agradable. La cama espaciosa y cómoda. Repetiríamos, sin duda, si volvemos a Lisboa.

The apartment itself is nice, also the location is good, walkable to many spots, it has all the amenities

Bedsheet was a bit dirty. The stairs are steep, but its to be expected in Lisbon. There is a church nearby so at 8 in the morning you are always woken up every 30min. The weirdest part was the checkin, we had a late checkin due to issues at the airport which had a fee which would be ok if they would have to come. But the checkin is done by yourself with the key in the box, they also have a scheme that they give you a wrong code for the key box, I guess to know when you arrive. But imagine if they dont reply, phone dies etc., we are then left on the streets in the evening
