Cayucos is the perfect beach getaway if you're looking for a relaxing coastal experience. This charming condominium is in a desirable location on the west side of Highway 1. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to town. Proximity to other popular spots such as Morro Bay, Cambria, and San Luis Obispo make this a perfect home base for other adventures on the Central Coast. Away from the noise of traffic, yet close enough to the action!

A well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with Ocean Views, this charming condo offers accommodations for 4. It is an open concept floor plan with comfortable furnishings including king and queen beds in the master and second bedrooms, living room sofa and chairs, and large expandable dining table.

Other amenities include a Smart TV in both the living room and master bedroom with Direct TV and internet access. The master suite has Panoramic Ocean Views with beach decor and a soaking tub. We spent 3 nights and had a fabulous time! The location is a great base for exploring Cayucos as well as other nearby areas. The condo is sparkling clean and is well-stocked with many thoughtful items. Kevin is an excellent host who communicates well. We would love to return one day!

This condo is truly fantastic! Great views and a very short walk to both the beach and charming little downtown. Cayucos is near and dear to my heart as my grandparents had a beach house when I was growing (back when you could buy CA real estate at reasonable prices), they sold many years ago and I’ve always wanted to go back. I booked this place and brought my mom to revisit this magical city, and we we’re so impressed with this condo. It’s very clean and extremely organized. The owners are very thoughtful and have provided an excellent place to stay. I’ll definitely be back and am so happy to have found a new regular place to visit in Cayucos.

The condo was perfectly situated within walking distance of everything we needed (grocery store right down the hill). But best of all the condo was well equipped and so very clean! We had the loveliest stay in this little piece of heaven place. As soon as we walked in we could tell it was super clean and ready for us to settle in. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked with all essential supplies, we used the kitchen a lot during our stay and it was perfect. It was in a prime location, we walked to the beach with our two young boys, walked downtown, walked everywhere…we loved it. Mornings were the best, we could hear the ocean waves, feel the breeze and hear the seagulls in the distance. We’ve been vacationing in the Morro/Cayucos area for the past several years and by far this has been one of our favorite places to stay, we will be staying here again!

Our stay in the condo was excellent! We were two couples attending a friends son‘s wedding in Paso Robles. There is nothing to say other than positive comments. The hosts really make it a home away from home and have thought of everything! Just got back from an amazing 5-day stay at Nancy's Ocean View Condo, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was a breeze—super easy and straightforward. The condo was spotless, and the views of the ocean were just breathtaking. Kevin, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Cayucos is such a charming coastal town! Plus, we took some time to visit nearby Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo, which made for perfect day trips. Overall, we had a fantastic time away from home, enjoying quality moments together in such a beautiful setting. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views, this is the place to be! Five stars all the way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. It's close to the beach, but also close by to town and places to eat, etc. The condo was neat, clean, and stocked with beach chairs and even towels for us. The floorplan is great, and there are two balconies to enjoy. We also used the grill on a couple of nights and it worked well. TV was great, no connectivity issues and the WiFi also worked really well. The coffeemakers, dishes, utensils are all modern which is important to us after some other experiences we've had. Appliances are also new and modern. I can't say enough about this place and truly look forward to staying here again. It will be our go to when we make trips to Cayucos/Morro Bay.

This was probably the cleanest and most organized place I have ever rented! It had everything you need for cooking. The deck had an amazing view, and it was great to have the garage for our car and bikes. You could walk to town or the beach within a few minutes. Super quiet street! The master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. I loved that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided.

Property was clean, spacious and updated. All the amenities needed for a family were provided, meaning in addition to the usual amenities the kitchen had all the supplies for cooking. Host also provided beach towels, chairs and umbrella for beach outings. Property location is easily walkable to downtown. Balcony off the living/dining room was a perfect spot to watch the ocean/sunrise with a cup of coffee or end the night with a glass of wine. We will stay again!

My daughter and I spent the Thanksgiving weekend at this lovely condo. We had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The view from the balcony was very nice and the whole condo was the cleanest I've seen (and I have rented several others in Cayucos and elsewhere). The beds were comfortable. We had a great time in a great condo! I recommend this condo and would book it again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at Nancy and Kevin’s house was great! 5-10 minute walk to the beach and into town. We could hear the waves and seals at night. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly and around a 30 minute Uber from the SLO airport. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The appliances and front door code were easy to use. We’d love to come back and stay again!
