It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to town. Proximity to other popular spots such as Morro Bay, Cambria, and San Luis Obispo make this a perfect home base for other adventures on the Central Coast. We visited for a birthday and Father’s Day weekend. This condo is 10 super clean, has nice ocean views in the distance and a very walkable location. We have not stayed in Cayucos before but found it ideal. It was nice having a 2 car garage and laundry facilities. No issues during our stay so we did not need to reach out to owners but felt good knowing exactly how to contact them, if needed. Heartily recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Spectacular place, clean and immaculate, full service kitchen, lots of special touches and immenities. Master bed and bath upstairs, main level with queen size bed, sofa bed, and bathroom. Downstairs garage has barbecue, washer and dryer.

Everything was absolutely perfect in this vrbo and you can easily walk to the beach or restaurants and shops. Lovely stay.
