Proximité avec la plage, le calme, la propreté de l immeuble et ses alentours..
Il était prévu un ventilateur dans l appartement , mais il n y était pas.. avec ces fortes chaleurs, c était bien dommage !

There are a heater and a tower fan in the studio but no aircon.
