La Grande Motte, Point Zéro area, superb little villa with a patio and private parking space! The south-facing patio, shaded by a awning/shade sail, is particularly pleasant for relaxing or enjoying meals – you'll love it, especially since a griddle is provided! Great times ahead! The modern villa – part of a co-ownership – is equipped with all modern comforts: each room has air conditioning, the windows have mosquito nets, the open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, and a dual-function oven (conventional and microwave). On the ground floor, there is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a mezzanine. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm), and one of the bedrooms has a small en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The mezzanine has a single bed. The icing on the cake is that you have access to the condominium's swimming pool! Your car will be parked in its private space in front of the villa and will also be protected by a shade sail!
