In the valley bottom, endless expanses of fields cultivated with cereals, corn and sunflower, which blend in harmony with the high hills, ancient villages, manor houses and farmhouses surrounded by vineyards and olive groves that produce excellent wine and genuine extra virgin olive oil. The very same owners of Podere della Crocchia, to the production of excellent organic extra virgin olive oil, wine and other products, also add that of a natural dietary supplement based on olive leaf extract, with beneficial properties for the whole body.
Combination of ancient and modern and hospitality. Podere della Crocchia is well equipped with all modern comforts, including dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access. A furnished pergola is located at the side of the property, with barbecue and wooden table and chairs, for relaxing and dining al fresco. Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 100.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
