Property for exclusive use
Old stone farmhouse, 250 sq. m., in a small hamlet, ideal for up to 10 persons with 5 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, a fenced swimming pool, panoramic terrace perfect for outdoor meals, barbecue, WiFi and parking. It’s an ideal property for those looking for a peaceful holiday, for families or groups for friends who love nature.
Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The outdoor area measures around 1000 sq. m. and is well-kept with many plants and flowers, with a splendid panoramic terrace behind the house perfect for losing yourself in the surrounding countryside, furnished with outdoor living room for relaxing moments, as well as a table and beach umbrella for outdoor meals. Right next to this, guests will find a panoramic garden with olives and tall trees, furnished with sunbeds and complete with hot water outdoor shower and shaded pergola. The rectangular pool, which is above-ground in a cleverly concealed manner, measures 7.3 by 3.5 metres with a depth of 1.3 metres and completely enclosed by a wooden fence. Guests can also use a portable barbecue. The property has an outdoor washing room and parking.Interior
The farmhouse was restructured in 2014, whilst maintaining typical Tuscan features such as wooden beams on the ceilings and and characteristic red bricks. The property is on three floors, with indoor staircases. The ground floor entrance leads to the large living area with arches and big windows, containing a dining room and living room with large table and sofas. Next to this is a professional kitchen, fully-equipped. A small bathroom rounds up this floor. You can access the first floor both from the indoor staircase and from the outdoor car park: here you will find 3 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower. The second floor, accessible only from an indoor staircase, has 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, along with access to a balcony complete with outdoor armchairs and table for enjoying the great view of the valley.

Borgo di Gebbia is in a small hamlet on a hill, at an altitude of 500m, between the Sienese and Arezzian countryside. The view overlooks large woods and fields.

The property has WiFi, central heating, a baby bed, high chair and parking within the property. Each bedroom has a TV, a safe, mosquito screens and a small fridge.

House is confortable, well kept and clean, has all needed for our group of 10 who enjoy cooking and being in contact with nature. The house keeper was solicit and helpful. Location is a bit off track, lots of curves, but road well kept and leads to a very scenic setting, with a gorgeous sunset and lots of wild life around. There is even a friendly fox waiting in front of the house every evening. We recommend it.

location wonderful place, wonderful view, unfortunately to much wild dogs which bark the whole night, the rooms which going to the Borgo was hart the sleep
the pools is very small and freezing, because of brown dots it is not inviting, we could´nt use the pool
the kitchen was not really clean, the kitchenette outside were smudged and inside not good cleaned
the biggest problem was the rumor and the smell of the lifting system, because they are using a lift system for the watering, canalisaziont we heard the whole day the working of the list system when we sit on the terazze, the worst things was the coming and going smell inside the rooms or upstair terazzes whch is very very owfull and not acceptabel
the owner is very friendly
we wouldn´t come again
