About this villa rental
Built in a superb location total area 850 m2, surrounded by palm trees, climbing plants and colorful flowers, making the complex an ideal holiday proposal for those who prefer comfortable – quiet and private moments of rest and relaxation.
The villa consists of 4 separate apartments (2 X 2bedroom maisonettes and 2 X 1 bedroom apartments) accommodating with comfort a total of 16 guests.
Each apartment has a separate entrance and is designed to secure the privacy of those who want it but at the same time can have fun and enjoy the sun and the pool with their friends or family.
Maisonette’s Layout
Each maisonette of the complex can accommodate up to 6 people in an area of 90 m2 which consists of 2 levels.

– Dining room/ living room (the sofa transforms to a comfortable bed able to accommodate 2 guests)
– WC (with shower)
– 2 large terraces that look to the open horizon and beautiful groves with adjoining.
First floor
– 2 bedrooms with double bed.

Each Apartment of the complex can accommodate up to 4 people in an area of 60 m2 which consists of 1 levels.
