The property include 2 identical villas of 150 square metres indoor each and each villa consist in:
LOVER FLOOR ( semi basement):
→ Semi basement floor is like a independent apartment with is own private entrance
→ Spacious Living room with Smart TV + AC + 1 very comfortable sofa where 2 people can sleep on it in case of need ( it is comfortbale like a real bed) +dining table
→ Fully equipped kitchen
→ 2 Bedrooms with double beds ( double beds can be converted to 2 single beds in case of need)
→ 1 Bathroom with shower
→ The semi basement apartment is built in a way which allows a lot of natural light to flood in while it is also cooler on warmer days.
GROUND FLOOR:
→ Spacious Living room with Smart TV + AC+dining table +direct access to the pool area +large balcony with dininig area
→ Fully equipped kitchen
→ 1 Bedroom with double bed ( double beds can be converted to 2 single beds in case of need)

We enjoyed this splendid property with lots of space and nice areas for a big family. The hospitality and service from the rental agent and the owners of the property was outstanding. The villa is located in a very pleasant area and access to public transport, the beach and local supermarkets etc is perfect. At least one car is recommended to take care of shopping for many guests. The pool and facilities are big enough for everyone to have a great time. We can only give our highest recommendations if you want to visit Chania area.

We had an amazing stay at the villa ! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was ideal—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Our hosts was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations for things to do in the area.
The highlight for us was the stunning view from the balcony. We spent many mornings enjoying our breakfasts while taking in the scenery.
The hosts accommodated our late checkout, told us many beautiful stories of his journies, spoke to each and everyone of us. We were a group of 16 women and this is the safest trip we’ve ever had.
We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to return!
