Apartment Bjanka

This is very good value for money. Apartment is small but good enough for a small family with little kids. The owner was in the apartment next door the whole week, but we didn’t have any problems anyway. The apartment is furnished with basic kitchenware and utensils, equipped in the main room with air conditioning which in the heat wave we experienced was very welcome. Distance to the sea is roughly 20 minutes walk, nothing too unpleasant. Distance to the shop approximately the same. I can’t really complain about the apartment itself or the host.

One minor detail that was setting me on edge is the parking. This is IN NO SHAPE fault of the host or the apartment but is worth mentioning. The parking space is situated in the back courtyard and if you have an SUV or another large vehicle, forget about it. The distance between parking cars and stairs on the entry into the courtyard is very narrow and the parking is difficult. I am a very experienced driver with car equipped with parking camera and sensors and even so it took me long minutes to park. Again: not fault of the apartment but something to be aware of.

Привітний господар. Обладнання квартири: на кухні є все, навіть блендер й бутербродниця. Наявність праски, та й, особливо, пралки - були дуже доречними. Доволі добре розташоване - десять хвилин повільним шагом до найближчого пляжу й до центру містечка, при цьому у доволі тихій частині. За свої гроші добре помешкання. Ремонт не новий, але чисто й є все необхідне й навіть більше. У спальні велике ліжко зі зручним матрацом, розкладні дивани, звичайно, менш зручні. Квартира розташована на першому поверсі, то сонце не так сильно її прогріває. Нормальний інтернет. Є можливість пійти на кілька пляжів: 1) найближчий безкоштовний міський через центр, або через територію кемпінгу (пірс, або дрібне каміння), 2) з 10 ранку платний (4 євро) у Pine Beach з насипним піском, нажаль, доступ до дитячих розваг лише для мешканців готелю, 3) трішки далі знаходиться ще один гарний пляж з пініями та дрібним камінням.

У містечку дещо заплутані вулички, то краще заздалегідь подивитись як діставатися до помешкання.

This well-equipped apartment is located in a not-crowded area just 10 min walk from the beaches, and center of Pakostane (Janice beach, Punta Beach and Pine Beach Resort). At the center there is a small (Studenac) market, shops, plenty of restaurants, boat excursion selling points, small train which goes around 10 min at Pakostane, and there is a stop at Pine Beach Resort, Our car had a parking place, but we usually went by walk to discover the area. Bjanca was awesome. I absolutely recommend this accommodation!

This is nice apartment in Pakostane - it is few streets from centrum and from beaches. It was really quiet location of apartment. There was everything you need for cooking, there is a washing machine too. There weren't towels for using. There is small part of garten for you. Pakostane is perfect for family with small children. Great holiday.
