Cozy small place, for a good rest!

Location, space arrangement, peace and quiet. Its only like 15 min walk to the center. Balcony is usually in shade.

Rozczarowanie

Pokój rodzinny, 2 sypialnie z dużym tarasem, pokoje czyste, choć wysłużone. Opieka rezydentki OK.

Standard z lat 90tych, zdjęcia wprowadzają w błąd, łazienka bardzo mała i stara, meble, łóżka, zasłony, szafy i sprzęt kuchenny wysłużone. Podwórko zaniedbane, domek grillowy nie nadaje się do użytku, brud, puste puszki po piwie, stół zasypany ziemią lub czymś innym. Cały teren wokół to autokamp, o czym nie ma ani słowa. Teren zaniedbany, brakuje „złotej rączki” , Pana konserwatora, który to wszystko ogarnie. Lokalizacja na uboczu miasta, do bezpłatnej plaży 900m.

Bivanje je bilo prijetno samo za ceno najema smo pričakovali več.

Lokacija stanovanja je zelo blizu plaže Pilatuša. Pohvalil bi gospo Neno, ker nam je priskrbela kar koli smo potrebovali.

Nismo imeli zamrzovalnika. Pogled iz balkona je na režijski del Pine Beach-a. Za dobro jutro bi raje gledal kaj drugega kot lestve in vozila za oskrbo. Oprema stanovanja je zastarela in kliče po obnovi. Televizija ima smo domače programe. Smart TV bi to vse rešil ker bi se lahko prijavil v Netflix ali Max.

Do Pakoštane jsem se vrátila po druhé, zamilovala jsem si zdejsí pláže, spojené s přírodou a borovicovým lesem. Je to nádhera, modrá obloha, šum moře 😊.

Proleželá matrace, skříňky v kuchyni zatuchlé, sušák na prádlo = šňůra na balkoně 2m vysoko, nezajištěno stínění na balkoně, hlučná klimatizace, kontakt na hostitelku pouze přes WatsApp nebo telefon, přitom bydlí v přízemí, neupravená zahrada bez grilu, připojení Wifi mizerné,

+ sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Hostess: war jederzeit über Whatsapp erreichbar :) + check-in & check-out war sehr einfach + sehr sauber! + sehr schöne Unterkunft: besonders der kleine Balkon war unser Highlight + sehr schöne Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck + Küche hatte alle Utensilien die man braucht + Perfekte Lage: alles zu Fuß erreichbar Strände: ca. 5min entfernt schöner Strand mit großen flachen Felsen ca. 10min schöner Kieselstrand in einer Bucht (im Wasser ist Sandboden! also super zum baden) ca. 13min ein schöner abgelegener FKK Strand Lebensmittel & Essen: Tommy Supermarkt (max. 10min) - bei Tommy findet man eigentlich alles was man braucht. es gibt ein Stück weiter entfernt aber auch noch einen größeren Supermarkt: Plodine. viele Restaurants in der nähe (5-15min) Stadtzentrum ist auch nur ca. 15min entfernt auch der Nationalpark ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. nur ca. 40min zu Fuß zum Bird-Watching am See!

Jól felszerelt konyha, kellemes berendezés, nagyon kényelmes ágy, rugalmas , kedves személyzet, közel a strand. Nyugodt környezet, éjjel lehet aludni, pihenni.
