Great stay. On main Shirdi Road, about 1.5 KM away from temple but they provide pickup drop. Good food available nearby and close to market

They don't have breakfast facility buffet. Generally breakfast shall start from 6.30 morning. They say it is 8 AM. That too attached to their road face restaurant with out variety of items and buffet. That too very bad quality food, idly, Dosa, poori all are with rotten mixed flour. Health hazardious. Very Bad experience.

My stay was deeply disappointing from start to finish. My issues began even before arrival; I had preemptively notified the property via email about my delayed check-in due to unexpected traffic and a long wait for a temple visit, but I received no response. My attempts to call the provided contact numbers were also met with silence, as nobody bothered to pick up. Upon finally reaching the hotel, the check-in process was slow and profoundly unsatisfactory. Despite having a prepaid reservation for a specific room category, we were informed that our booked room was not available. This forced me and my family to accept a lower-category room. The issues continued after we were finally given a room. The room and bathroom were in a deplorable state, far below any acceptable standard of cleanliness. If I could, I would have rated the hygiene a zero. To make matters worse, the room's plumbing was dysfunctional, and the complete lack of cold water forced my family to bathe in scalding hot water, which was both uncomfortable and unsafe. The breakfast service was equally underwhelming. Arriving later in the morning meant that many items were depleted and not promptly refilled, leaving limited options and a rushed, unsatisfying meal. The overall experience was far from what I expected and left a lasting impression of a complete lack of care and professionalism.
