We were looking forward to arrive to this BnB after few hours drive from Marseille. We had a lunch at Aix. The road to Valensole was stunning. We had a roadside stop after Angelvin estate to soaked in the views. Waze guide us directly to the B&B. Check in was a breeze with Laurent expecting our arrival. We immediately rest in our room which was cosy. However, it was a hot day and room was not air conditioned. After a shower we do feel refreshed. Then i had a dip in the pool which was pleasant. Beautiful small garden at the back with koi pond and small waterfall. The only sad thing is we arrive in early June. The lavender fields are still green with tinge of purple. Breakfast was simple but filling. Almost everybody left after breakfast. We have a very long drive back to Nice hence, we take our time and check out at 12 pm. 30 mins drive we were at Moustiers. I wont hesitate to stay here if coming to Valensole again
