The apartment is in a green paradise on the ground floor which overlooks the park of 35 ha with 2 ponds.
The garden of the apartment is oriented lake side, quiet.
Living room with TV of 107 cm.

Bedroom with double bed, and living room with pull-out sofa bed (2 x 80)
You are 300 m from the port of the beach and shops.
Oven + microwave, fridge, vitroceramic hotplates.

In the area you have access to the swimming pool (50m) with paddling pool and games for children, jacuzzi, water slide.
Pétanque fields. 5 Tennis courts

Miniature golf

un cadre idéal pour des vacances réussies
un cadre idéal pour des vacances réussies
la résidence la coudoulière est situé en bord de mer (accès plage direct). Le centre de six-fours et plus loin, mais on peut facilement rejoindre Sanary à pied le soir pour le marché nocturne par exemple (environ 30 mn de marche en front de mer). le logement est agréable, idéal pour 3 personnes, 4 maxi. la terrasse est appréciable. la décoration est très sympa. peut-être quelques ustensiles de cuisine auraient besoin d'être changés. Attention : l'accès à la piscine est payant (6 euros par jour et par personne) mais possibilité de prendre une carte avec tarifs dégressifs et la piscine est juste immense ! Bon, il faut aimer le gazon synthétique autour. Cette carte donne aussi accès aux terrains de tennis. la résidence est très bien entretenue et sécurisée.

Super séjour dans cet appartement avec tout le confort , et une terrasse qui donne sur un parc, superbe . Nous avons été accueilli par Sylvie , une personne très sympathique qui nous a donné beaucoup d'informations sur les visites et quelques restaurants . Encore merci pour cet accueil , nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine .
