The Le Temps des Vacances agency offers this apartment with a beautiful sea view, close to the Mediterranean Park and Coudoulière Beach, in a quality residence with a very pleasant swimming pool. It was recently tastefully renovated by the owner. It has an elevator and a reserved parking space. You won't be able to get enough of this very pleasant sea view. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before moving in and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A supplement of €5 per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
