We rent out our cozy and newly renovated apartments for nice people. The house is 160 m2 over two floors with 3 large bright bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen with dining area and large living room, and living room upstairs.
Both bedrooms on the second floor have private balconies, and the bedroom on the ground floor has a door out to the garden.
The house is air conditioned, has a private garden with swimming pool, totaling three verandas with views and terrace dining. The house appears to be large and spacious.

St Cyprien is a cozy village in the Pyrenees Orientales. Here you get a taste of the authentic southern French Mediterranean life. It is within easy reach of France's longest and best beaches, seaside resorts and small picturesque port cities - full of culture, food and wine. The landscape in this area is indescribably lush and varied. Mountains that is 20 min from the house makes it possible to go on beautiful walks. Nearby there are also golf courses and opportunities for cycling, riding, sailing and numerous other activities for children and adults.
The capital of this part of Southern France's Perpignan, the sunniest town in the whole of France. With its Catalan character, you also get the impression of Spain. Both bullfights and paella are important cultural ingredients for locals.
The house is owned by Karen and Jon Gjerde who lives in Bergen. We have made all the arrangements for that you will have a great stay. We can help with all the practical information from flights / airports, rental car to the house, the area and activities. Our local, English speaking contact person will meet you at the house or guide you there and give out keys and pave the way for the best stay.

Eigentlich möchten wir gar nicht bewerten, damit nicht so viele andere dieses tolle Haus finden:)
Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Objekt, wir konnten alles genießen - die Lage, die Nähe zu touristischen Zielen, die Sauberkeit, das Ambiente und und und ... aber besonders war die Begleitung und Betreuung durch Monsieur Mazhar, der jederzeit für Fragen und Hilfestellungen zur Verfügung stand, uns wertvolle Tipps und Hinweise gab und mit dem wir uns so nett in einer Melange aus französisch, englisch und deutsch austauschen konnten.
Fünf Sterne sagen eigentlich nicht alles, wir vergeben noch ein großes Plus dazu.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einer Top-Ausstattung und einem sehr großen und tollen Pool. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Wir waren begeistert von der schönen Dekoration dieses Hauses, der Ruhe und dem Ort, in dem es sich befindet. Direkt angrenzend befindet sich ein sehr schön angelegter Park mit einem kleinen See und Spielplatz. Zum Strand sind es ca. 3km. Den großen Pool haben wir oft gut genutzt und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß dabei. Ich möchte Herrn Gjerde für die Freundlichkeit und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation danken. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Herr Mazhra, welcher uns vor Ort immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Zudem war er immer sehr nett und freundlich und keine Frage war ihm zuviel. Wir hatten insgesamt einen wunderschönen Urlaub und waren sehr traurig als dieser nach 2 Wochen zu Ende war. Wir können das Haus, den Ort und die Umgebung nur weiterempfehlen und hoffen, dass wir selbst vielleicht nächstes Jahr dort unseren Urlaub wieder verbringen können.
