The place was very close to the main port where all tours left from but also in a nice and quiet area so that noise wouldn't be a concern. I'm not that bothered by the noise so it was fine. The staff cleaned the room everyday and the kitchen was fully equipped. They allowed us to do early check in.
There were a lot of bugs in the room and the AC was not something we could modify, we could just turn it on or off so we did that. It wasn't major but would be nice to think of this when handing out a room.

Location was perfect, walkable all over town and fine to work alone in the evening. The shared kitchen and communal area is nice. Big fridge in each room. Basic cleaning daily.
Mould (that had been painted over) that covered the whole bedroom and bathroom wall. Shower had no temperature control so was on really hot the whole time. Bathroom smelt of urine. Rusted metal everywhere and sheets were scratchy / a lot of marks and stains.
