Wonderful traditional country house with large pool + WiFi in quiet surroundings

We arrived to a very warm welcome from Jochen, a bottle of rosé and some delicious pastries. The property is beautiful and the surrounding scenery stunning. As we were 8 we also rented the studio apartment which has a fully equipped lovely modern kitchenette and modern bathroom. The attention to detail throughout both properties is wonderful, everything you need is there for a relaxing holiday in the sun. We were very grateful for the air conditioning in all the bedrooms (except for the bunk bedroom in the studio apartment) but we did feel that the living areas would also have benefited from air con. As the weather was so hot and the setting so rural there are plenty of mosquitos around who were happy to lunch on us but it was too hot really to sit inside. The pool is fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds, parasols and even a hammock. We also found that there are lots of lovely places to visit locally, all an easy drive away. Jochen was available and happy to answer any questions we had during our stay and we were made to feel really at home. All in all, this is a beautiful finca and we would not hesitate to return.

Very nicely done , spacious , rustic and traditional feel and very private . The nearby family are helpful but not intrusive, nothing was trouble for them. Pool is fabulous , great for kids and a good size. Main bedrooms are terrific, nicely decorated . We came away very pleased and relaxed . Only 25 mins drive to many beaches , and Artá has some great restaurants well priced. Highly recommended - you won’t regret !!
