House between the beach and the mountains

Residence located in the center of the village of Pedreguer, in large, easy street parking. With a history of more than 100 years, has been completely renovated in 2017, has all the necessary amenities without losing the charm of a typical Mediterranean home: high ceilings, hardwood and natural light. Furniture is elegant, sober but functional, offering cozy, attractive and recreational stays.

The upstairs has been renovated with more modern decor, offering an intimate, romantic and relaxing especio.

Rules of the house:
- Maximum capacity: 6 people and baby cot (optional)
- Children welcome.
- No pets allowed.
- Non-smokers only.

The house consists of: three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hall, lounge, kitchen, patio, service room and terrace.

On the ground floor (accessible to disabled) we find:
- 1 bedroom with two single beds of 90 and wardrobe closet.
- 1 room with double bed 150 and wardrobe closet.
- bathroom with double sinks, shower stall and toilet.
- Comfortable lounge with TV, HIFI equipment and board games.
- Large dining room for 6 people with direct access to the kitchen.
- Kitchen with pantry fully equipped with furniture, appliances and basic condiments.
- spacious, sunny and quiet courtyard. With covered area.
- Service room with washing machine, sink, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

On the first floor we are:
Loft with double bed 150, separate dressing room, bathroom, sitting and reading area, quiet and cozy, very spacious with private terrace.
All rooms have windows and / or balcony and air conditioning.

General housing services available are:
Air conditioning and heating, hair dryer, internet wiffi, bed linen and towels, vacuum cleaner, toaster, coffee (Nespresso and Italian), kettle, juicer, blender, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and hob.

In summer season there are plenty of holiday events in the area. Specifically, during the month of July they are celebrated in Pedreguer the festivities in which lots of festive, cultural and bullfighting events are held.
The location of the house can enjoy in front of many of these acts: running of the bulls, parades, folk dances, exhibitions, fireworks, etc. as they run along the same street.
In addition, from June to September there is great amount celebrations in the neighboring towns.
Throughout the year in Pedreguer lot of cultural events: theater, music, concerts, exhibitions, sports activities, dining, etc.

The house is clean and in a perfect place for a family vacation, friends or couples, offering the possibility to enjoy the beach (16 minutes) and mountains (1 minute).
