Between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, not far from the Canal du Midi, in an authentic country house, this cottage is spacious and includes 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor. It is a traditional house or throne the fireplace.
Cozy nest in the heart of the family farm, this cottage is located in the town of Saint Gauderic (11270) at a place called "Boyer Bas".
It is halfway between Carcassonne and Foix or Fanjeaux and Mirepoix, central place to make maximum visits in Aude and Ariège, high place of Catharism.
This house has been completely renovated in 2014, maintaining its authentic character and the thickness of the walls will ensure a very pleasant atmosphere all summer.
Equipped with every comfort and nicely decorated this accommodation will seduce you.
In addition, this year 2018, a SPA is installed in its translucent yurt at the foot of the outdoor garden furniture.

Dans l'ensemble , très bien , juste 1 petit problème ds la chambre du bas , les appliques de la tête de lit dépassent trop ( la chambre est petite ) et on se cogne facilement dedans , d'ailleurs j'en ai cassé 1 , celle qui se trouve vers l'armoire , manque de place..
De même dans la cabine douche , c'est très juste , au delà de 85 kg , on n'entre pas. Pour nous cela allait encore....
