Villa Marì is a beautiful villa of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, recently renovated preserving the flavor of the Lucca countryside villas with high beamed ceilings and exposed bricks and original antique terracotta floors. It is located in the countryside between Lucca and Pisa, the historic center of Lucca can be easily reached by car in just 5 minutes and by bicycle in just 30 minutes. 10 minutes from the historic center of Pisa to visit the famous Piazza dei Miracoli of the Leaning Tower and in just 20 minutes you can comfortably reach Pisa airport. Lucca is a city in the heart of Tuscany, convenient to reach the sea of Versilia in 20 minutes as well as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and the Cinque Terre, all places reachable using between 45 and 60 minutes by car.
A few steps from the property you will find the bus stop to reach the most important points of interest, a well-stocked grocery store, a lovely artisan butcher shop with exquisite local products, a pizzeria and an excellent restaurant with a Tuscan flavor.
For sports enthusiasts, paths surrounded by greenery for long walks, trekking, running, bicycle tours, mountain bike trails and less than 5 minutes away a golf course, tennis courts and a wellness center with natural thermal springs and a equipped gym.
The villa offers luxurious interior spaces, with 5 large rooms of 25 sq m each, one of which is located on the attic floor, all equipped with air conditioning. It is an excellent solution to accommodate up to 12 people using a sofa bed in the attic area.
The villa has four comfortable, finely restored bathrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and two on the mezzanine floor serving the four large bedrooms.
During your stay you can indulge your culinary imagination in the large typically Tuscan-style kitchen, equipped with a spacious and functional barbecue and a second service kitchen ideal for preparing large dinners to be enjoyed in the welcoming and convivial dining room capable of hosting comfortably up to 12 people.
In addition to free Wi-Fi, Villa Marì offers its guests a large living room with a 50-inch flat-screen TV and a nice sitting room with fireplace.
The property is entirely fenced and surrounded by a large garden where children can freely run and play.
At the service of the villa there is also a convenient and large private parking located right inside the property.

On request it is possible to organize weddings for a maximum of 60 people.
