Location in the historical part of town near the public transportation, view from balcony to the Etna. Owner pick up as in bus station and bring to premises for additional cost.

We can't get hot water due to time of our week stay.

Beautiful, modern and comfortable accommodation, equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The host is very nice and ready to help. All the most important amenities are nearby. Parking was not a problem, we easily found a city parking lot nearby. We recommend it.

Utsikten var fantastisk! Kolla in Etna tidigt på morgonen! Lägenheter välutrustad och värden mån om oss och hjälpte till. Läget i gamla staden med parken utanför mycket uppskattad. Missa inte en fin promenad runt borgen! .

Parkering en utmaning. Men bra med Easypark app! Intressant att varje kväll uppleva en ständigt cirkulerande biltrafik.

The view was outstanding

The facilities that were listed in the booking were not accurate. Our entry to our room was somewhat difficult as we could only speak to the reception via intercom. The shower was faulty at first, and then after a part of it was fixed, it still was not fully functional. There was no breakfast available, despite there being a breakfast room, and previous reviews mentioning the breakfast buffet. The walls are 'paper thin' and we dos not get much sleep from all of the noises (furniture being moved?) in the early hours after midnight.
