About this villa rental
Our home is set in a perfect location. A quiet established small community overlooking a beautiful lake yet five minutes walk from the wold famous IMG Bollitieri Tennis & Golf Academy. A number of excellent golf courses are within a short drive. With its own screened heated pool and furnished and maintained to a high standard, our home has air conditioning throughout with elegant ceiling fans in all rooms, including the external covered dining area. Two large master bedrooms each with en-suite and walk in closets and a double bedroom with its own bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and separate eating nook with microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, laundry room with washer and dryer, formal dining area, and family areas looking out over the lake. The garden and heated pool are fully maintained. Some of Florida's finest beaches and a restaurants are only a few minutes drive away, and cultural Sarasota and St Armonds Circle some 20 min drive. Absolutely perfect !

Great location, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Two primary bedrooms with ensuites a big plus as well as a third guest bedroom and shared bathroom. Pool was small but heated - would have enjoyed a larger outside sitting/living area. Communication with owner and property manager excellent - even check in was permitted earlier. Couple of friendly suggestions: Information book should be updated with current info, vertical blinds dated and fragile, and finally, invoices for payment were not in US dollars...very confusing. Should be stated up front. Overall: very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

We got to the property at the time we could enter it. The security protocol for entry was exactly as Debbie had communicated. The house is very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, and the remotes for the garage door opener and tv were easy to find. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and washcloths and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the pool, especially the temperature of the water. Good scenery from the lanai. Tropical birds visited us often. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good sized, as was the sitting areas. Cathy, our contact for the house, was super friendly and very helpful when we had questions. It was such a nice place and in a great location that we booked it again for next year. We’ve rented many places over the years during the winter months, and I’d have to say this is probably the best one of them all. Debbie is fantastic to deal with. So happy to have found this place.

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton.The bungalow is very spacious and well maintained and located in a very quiet residential suburb. The property manager was very helpful.The pool is small if you want to spend much time in the water.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet. Es war für unsere Bedürfnisse einfach perfekt. Ich fand auch die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten sehr gut. Wir hatten einen äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, würde ich es jederzeit wieder buchen. Ein kleines Paradies!
