About this house rental
3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Beautiful swimming pool that overlooks a tranquil and private back yard oasis and patio to enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing. There is also a covered gazebo in the rear of property for additional seating and relaxing area. There is a 75" smart TV in the living room with sound bar as well as smart TV's in the master bedroom and guest room. There is Gig WiFi with dual routers thruout the house. Coastal decor throughout to enjoy your tropical surroundings. Just 9 miles to the beach this home makes for an affordable beach vacation. Just 2.4 miles to IMG Acadamy Golf Club. Brand new solid wood furnishings and mattresses.
Pool patio has covered dining and relaxing areas. Private secluded pool is screened with lounge chairs available. Pool table, dart board, large outdoor jenga, cornhole, and various board games and games for most ages. Eero mesh dual router GB WiFi access is available in the home.
Guests are renting the entire house however there is a shed on the property and a lock-out owners’ closet that is not accessible.
Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis, please read the full information in the additional rules section.
The pool is heated at 84 degrees during the warmer months and 82 during the colder months, if you would like the heater turned off or the temperature changed you must get permission from the owner. During the colder months of December thru March the heater may not be able to maintain 82 degrees on the colder days and an additional fee of $10 per day may be required based on temperature settings or length of stay, please contact host for additional information. The additional fee would apply if daily temperatures are lower than 70 degrees and nightly temps below 55 degrees. Guests must be 21 years old to rent.
You are also just under 11 miles to Holmes Beach/Anna Maria Island, 2.4 miles to IMG Acadamy Golf Club, 8.4 miles to downtown Sarasota, 10.5 miles to St Armands Circle/Lido Key, 11.5 miles to an abundance of shopping at or near The Mall at University Park, 12.4 miles to downtown Lakewood Ranch, 5 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport, less than an hour from Tampa Airport and less than a mile to Starbucks, Dunkin, pharmacies, super markets, and dozens of restaurants.
I have also just installed 12" rain shower heads in both showers.

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Heron. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed for a 5 day stay, and lots of fun for the teenagers and parents alike. The pool table got plenty of use! We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and the house was only about 25 minutes to the far field and 8 minutes to the close one. Plus everything you could need or want was just around the corner (Target, grocery stores, etc just minute or two away.)Most importantly, Carlos was amazing as a host. The house was very welcoming with little touches making it seem as if you were at a friend's house. The initial messages and book were thorough, making it easy to find the information you needed as you settled in. And he was extremely quick to answer any questions, never seeming put out or annoyed by our interruptions or questions. He even called me to try to help me walk through an issue we were having and when it couldn't be fixed by me arranged to have someone come to fix the problem. We will happily return to the Blue Heron the next time we are in the area!

We came down for my daughter’s tournament at IMG. Great location, lovely backyard and responsive hosts. Carlos was very welcoming and prompt with any questions we had. Will be back next year.
