Tucked into the charming Whitfield Estates neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath open concept retreat is the perfect mix of modern comfort, beachy charm, and outdoor fun — ideal for families, friends, couples, or snowbirds seeking space, privacy, and easy access to all that Sarasota has to offer. Perfectly located just minutes from IMG Academy & Ringling College - offering quick and easy access for athletes and families during tournament travel & visiting students on campus!
From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the recent renovations and refreshed style. The home has been thoughtfully updated with new floors, updated décor, and comfortable furnishings throughout. The kitchen is the heart of the home—well-equipped with appliances, sparkling countertops, and a full set of cookware, utensils, and small appliances. Whether you’re blending smoothies for a poolside breakfast, packing a cooler for a beach picnic, or preparing a family dinner to enjoy together, you’ll find the kitchen stocked with everything you need. Meals can be shared at the indoor dining table for six or carried outside to the covered lanai, where bar seating and an outdoor dining table make it easy to savor the Florida lifestyle.
The living spaces are designed for both comfort and connection. Two separate lounge areas provide plenty of room for kids and adults to enjoy their own space — one for movie nights on the smart TV, another for curling up with a good book or planning the day’s adventures. Coastal accents and natural light fill the home, creating an easy, breezy atmosphere that feels both inviting and relaxing.
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully decorated to capture a touch of beach-inspired style. The master suite features a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, and private access to the pool area. Two additional guest bedrooms, each cozy and fresh, offer plenty of storage and restful bedding for a great night’s sleep. A brand-new washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the main entry in the garage, with baskets and hampers provided for your use, making laundry days effortless during longer stays. Even the garage has been refreshed with an epoxy-coated floor.
Of course, the highlight of Five Palms is the lanai and private backyard. Step outside the sliding patio doors and you’ll find a screened-in saltwater pool that invites you to cool off after a day at the beach or lounge in the sun with a good book. For cooler evenings or winter stays, pool heating is available for $30 per night and maintains a comfortable 82–85°F. The lanai offers a covered bar area with stools and a ceiling fan, a gas grill, and outdoor dining for eight — the perfect spot for family cookouts or sunset cocktails. Lounge chairs, pool toys, and shaded nooks make this outdoor space just as livable as the inside of the home.
To make your stay seamless, we’ve included thoughtful extras: beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and coolers for seaside outings; fresh pool and beach towels; and starter supplies of essentials like paper products, dish soap, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and of course, coffee. High-speed WiFi and smart TVs keep everyone connected and entertained, while the quiet location ensures restful nights and peaceful mornings.

I've stayed at many, many rentals over the years and Five Palms ranks at the very top. The house was well appointed, clean, spacious, quiet and was the perfect respite for our family. We stayed over Thanksgiving, so it was a bit cooler during the days and nights and we loved having the heated pool for a morning swim. Our host was very communicative throughout the process and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. This was the best experience I've had renting a house and I definitely recommend Five Palms to anyone who needs a place to stay in Sarasota. We come to town several times a year to visit our child in college and love the area. So many great restaurants and activities, and Five Palms is an easy drive to everything we needed. We will definitely be back in the future! Thank you!

This house is fabulous! Clean well stocked and well decorated , felt right at home. Has everything you need for the beach or just relaxing around the gorgeous pool. Location is close to beach , downtown Sarasota, St Armands and the beach. We were in town for sports tournaments and was perfect location close to IMG! And easy shot over to Lakewood Ranch. Host very attentive and responsive, we had no problems with house at all. Will stay again!

The house is amazing pretty conveniently located in Sarasota near the airport and stores, the pool was amazing nice and warm and the house has everything you would need in the kitchen to cook very well laid out with utensils pots pans we were very surprised we were on business trip and we spent our evenings at the house grilling out by the pool and you couldn’t ask for a better host very accommodating. We had a little hiccup with the Wi-Fi and it was later in the afternoon, but they took my car right away and we fixed it right away. Cannot stress enough how nice and clean this house is in this property is highly recommend and we will be staying here again

We booked this place last minute and could not believe how perfect it was for our family. The house felt welcoming the second we walked in and had everything we needed with the kids. It was clean, comfortable, and so easy to feel at home.The private heated pool was hands down the best part. The kids spent hours swimming while we relaxed on the patio. They even had everything we needed for the beach which made our days out so simple and fun. It was the perfect balance.Communication with the host was a breeze and made everything stress free. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet but was still close to everything we wanted to do. We are already talking about when we can come back. If you are on the fence, just book it! You will be so glad you did.
