About this villa rental

Modern house, with a rustic style, on the outskirts of the pretty village of Lloseta. Detached, private property but only 500 metres to the traditional Mallorcan village with all its amenities of cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. The fantastic sandy beach with the blue waters of Playa de Muro is only a 20 minute drive away. The house accommodates 6 people, upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, 2 ensuite bathrooms, one with bath/shower combined, the other with shower. A third bedroom, with double bed, is on the ground floor. There is also a complete bathroom on the ground floor, with a bath and a separate shower. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher etc. Comfortable lounge with TV and there is wifi internet. Outside there is a private pool 4,5 x 8,5m with a depth of 1m to 1.9m, a covered porch with chairs and tables for al fresco dining, a terraced area for sunbathing and a built in BBQ area. Also perfectly located for clients who enjoy mountain walking and cycling.

The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location is within a 15 minute walk of the sleepy village of Lloseto. There are a few restaurants and bars but these are not always open. If you are looking for a relaxing break with friends or family and prefer a semi rural position the accommodation hits all the right spots. A car is essential to explore the rest of the island - being centrally located the accommodation allows access to all the island has to offer. Having rented similar Villas across Europe this one is certainly up with the best and the pool was spotlessly presented and provided a welcome refreshment noting the recent summer heatwave. Amazing swimming pool, good outdoor dining areas and great having a BBQ. 15 minute walk to local town and several bars, restaurants and small supermarkets A ceiling fan over the dining table that is outside the kitchen

Beautiful house with lovely pool. The 12 year old and 3 year old practically lived in the pool!! Location perfect for trips to other places on the island. We had a lovely, relaxing week. I can’t think of anything!
