Ski room definitely needs a renovation Boot lockers had no heating therefore ski boots stayed all wet and moist Also it's a pity that you have to pay extra for ski lockers - would be better to include them in the room to save customers the hassle

Never coming to this dump again. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your holiday experience.

The location is not bad. Fairly close by two lifts and a baby lift for the kids to brush off some rust.

This is a rundown hotel with very poorly maintained facilities. The lights in the bathroom flicker, same in the hallways. We booked several rooms for the whole extended family, in half the rooms the safe didn’t work. The breakfast theoretically has lots of variety but everything is the cheapest lowest quality possible. Imagine the sliced cheese in the supermarket that you would never buy home to feed your kids. They served the same rotten grapes and other fruits for 3 days straight even though the remained untouched. I have stayed at far better places, ski resorts, family vacation spots for half the price of this dump. It is all about money in this place. I have never encountered a hotel in a ski resort that charges extra for using the ski room. If you come here, be prepared to pay extra for every little thing. if you are with a group and booked several rooms and want everyone to enjoy breakfast together, you better reserve a table, for extra money of course.

really convenient location for skiing. right next to gondola for Sauze d’oux and chair to Sestriere skiing

we had a large booking of 7 rooms. one room was not cleaned properly when we arrived but this was rectified quickly

it’s clean, great staff. good communal areas to chill see the show or have a drink in the evening. close to ski lifts and ticket office. kids entertainment is good, kids loved it.

expensive ski rental, ended up renting from close by rentals. breakfast is ok but same everyday could be more hot options. dinner a little too expensive we thought for what you get. only had it once due to price. kids price it’s not so bad but adults we think a little overpriced.

The only thing we enjoyed was the kids entertainment in the evening.

The hotel was extremely dirty, our room looked like it hadn’t been hoovered in months. We regularly used the staircase instead of the lift snd the staircase was absolutely disgusting with a cigarette butt lying.
