The Decor and setting was so beautiful. Staff were so helpful too. Bedrooms were simply stunning. We had a garden facing balcony terrace which was a really nice place to have a pre-dinner drink.
We arrived to the end of a wedding - the weding party had rented the entire hotel for the previous few days. We were notified of this a week or two beforehand but as we had paid the non cancellation rate we had not real option of changing our booking. Anyway it didn't impact too much apart from we had to drop our bags and leave the premises for a few hours which we didn't mid but would have preferred not to have had. The most dissappointing thing for us was the drilling from the nearby construction that was so loud that we couldn't tolerate the private beach platform area - this was a real shame as it looked beautiful. In addition, the breakfast we felt could have been better for an exclusive hotel. We had just come from another hotel in NICE which had a far better breakfast in terms of options and service.

The staff at the restaurants were excellent and all food was delicious with attentive service. The valet service was also wonderful.
When we asked for additional complementary bottles of water on our last day, a senior person at reception indicated it would be 5 Euros per bottle of filtered water - given the very high rates for our stay this was very disappointing and soured our whole stay experience which had been excellent apart from that
