Smal family twin house, 20 mtrs from the sea with an extraordinary wiew of the Etna montain.
Ideally situated in a residential quarter, 4 kilo mtrs from Catania and airport.
Taormina, Siracuse and Etna, distance away approx.
at 45 minutes.
Villa with a lot of amenities :
air conditioned,fully equipped kitchen, private garden with deck chairs, tables and chairs for outdoor eating, 2 private car parking spots 20m from residence. You can approach the villa and sea only via private thoroughfare.
Daily cleaning of beach and garbage pick up(operated from 15 May to 30 September)

We were exhausted when we landed in Catania and then had to quickly adjust to driving in Sicily. It was comforting to have such a helpful host. Isabelle was so kind and even drew us a map of how to find things nearby. The beach was amazing. So quiet, short walk, warm water. I was relieved to not have to drive somewhere and then deal with throngs of people at a public beach. The little store and pizzeria were great as well. They didn’t speak English but tried hard to help us. We felt safe and comfortable within the neighborhood. It saddened us to see so much garbage on the drive out to the community.

Chaleureusement accueillis par la fille de la propriétaire nous avons passé une agréable quinzaine dans cette maison bien équipée à deux pas de la plage. La terrasse que nous avons partagé avec une adorable famille de chats et l'omniprésente musique du voisin d'en face est spacieuse et bien ombragée et nous avons apprécié la présence d'une deuxième salle de douche bien pratique. Cette location est parfaitement bien située pour découvrir cette superbe région.

Merci beaucoup Isabelle pour votre gentillesse et toutes vos attentions, brioches pour le petit-déjeuner, pâtisseries, bons plans pour visiter les différents sites. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter l 'est de la sicile, de plus , on est à 1mn à pied de la plage qui est immense, la terrasse est grande est très bien ombragée, il ne manque rien! Et Isabelle parle parfaitement français. Nous avons passé 11 jours merveilleux. Nous recommandons cette location à nos amis.
