Ameland is erg leuk. Prima locatie voor 1 wk vermaak. Het eiland heeft leuke dorpjes. Genoeg fijne eettentjes om gezellig te kunnen eten. De fiets is het belangrijkste vervoer op het eiland. Veel mooie fietspaden overal om toch snel op bestemming te kunnen zijn. Stranden zijn breed en (vooral aan de oostkant) erg rustig. Het is heerlijk vertoeven aan zee. Vanaf paal 17 tot paal 25 (einde vh eiland), is mogelijkheid om het badpak uit te doen. Wij zijn heerlijk in ons blootje tot het eindpunt gelopen. Daar zijn alleen nog vogels, zand en golven. PRACHTIG!
Klein eiland, dus na 1 week heb je het eiland ook wel gezien. Vermaak voor donkere (regen-)dagen is er nauwelijks.

Frühstück wurde auf Tablett unten an die steile Treppe gestellt. Unmöglich das als ältere Dame hoch und runter zu balancieren. Es gab für 3 Zimmer ein gemeinschaftsbad. Die Betreiber sind jedoch sehr, sehr nett. Aber durch die Buchung über booking ist die Unterkunft für das was geboten wird, überteuert. Für den Preis hätte es ein Hotel mit Frühstücksbuffet und eigenem Bad gegeben.
Möbelierung in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück sehr, sehr einfach. Über eine steile Treppe musste man sein Frühstückstablett rauf- unter runter balancieren ( sieheFoto)
