Having pet friendly accommodation. We left something behind and the staff found it and mailed it on to us (at our expense, of course) after we contacted them - this was excellent service.

Spacious apartment with all facilities
Was advised apartment had shower over bath which was changed on request for walk-in - did not appear to be heavily booked. Little information offered with regard to dining etc Not walking distance to dining options

We always find the receptionist to be polite and helpful . Check in is always easy
Was disappointed to find half eaten ice cream in the freezer of the fridge . Makes you wonder just how thorough the cleaning is
