The location, the staff
Old house because you can not call it a hotel! Old house with no lift , no enough staff to help you! The place need maintenance and much work ! I’ve arrived there at night with small kids and luggage and my room was in the fourth floor ! I asked for help but they were nobody at all !! Next day woman working there came and helped me a lot ( Beti) she was very helpful and friendly . There’s no privacy in this house you could easily hear what the people say or do in the next room!
