The location is very convenient, frontline to the beach. The accommodation is very comfortable, styled with very good taste, the internet connection is superb, the appliances are what you'd expect for this type of property. Beware of using the stairs to access the property located on the 3rd floor. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood, awesome, clean, and safeguarded swimming pool. There's a beach sidewalk right in front of the house that extends miles across in both directions. Not much to dislike! Although the property is located right in front of the beach, which is very pleasant, there's nothing else than a very busy highway to go anywhere else, even grocery shopping. The highway is dangerous, with no acceleration lanes and plenty of entrance points to be vigilant over.

Nicht das Geld wert

Wir waren für 12 Tage in der Anlage Hacienda Beach. Ganz zufrieden waren wir aber nicht. Deshalb gibt es nur 2 von 5 Punkten. Das Doppelbett war leider sehr unbequem, morgens sind wir zunehmend wie gerädert aufgewacht, erholsamer Schlaf war das nicht. Durch die Federung bewegt sich das ganze Bett und wenn ich mich bewegt habe, wurde meine Frau häufig geweckt. Ausserdem sind die Betten sehr kurz, mit über 180cm Größe gucken die Füße hinten raus. Die Bettenbezüge sind größer als die Decken. Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung, aber nicht so neu, wie die Bilder vermuten lassen. An der Ausstattung ist alles nötige vorhanden. Das Besteck zeigte aber teilweise Rostflecken, die Messer sind stumpf und die Teflonpfannen verkratzt. Die Badezimmer sind auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Waschbecken hat sich aus der Verankerung gelöst und sitzt locker. Die Duschen sind in den Ecken siffig und die Abflüsse miefen nach Kloake, wenn man duscht. Ausserdem gab es Silberfische in der Dusche. Die Handtücher waren zum Teil löchrig, aber sauber. Der Balkon schaut direkt aufs Meer und man hat ein paar hübsche Palmen davor. Es gibt eine Überdachung, welche nicht mehr fest sitzt und bei stärkerem Wind sehr laut klappert. Die Fenster sind alle mit Gardinen ausgestattet, welche sich mit Kordeln öffnen und schließen lassen sollten. Leider waren die alle defekt und man konnte diese nicht bedienen, so dass sie im Schlafzimmer immer geschlossen bleiben mussten. Die Rollladen waren ebenfalls zum Teil kaputt, haben wir zum Glück nicht benötigt. Drei unmittelbar benachbarte Wohnungen wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes renoviert und schon morgens wurde gebohrt und gehämmert. Dies wurde bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt. Der Strand liegt direkt vor der Anlage, war aber irgendwie verwüstet und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes von der Stadt mit schweren Maschinen bearbeitet, teilweise auch mitten in der Nacht. Im Umfeld der Wohnanlage gibt es nur wenig zu Fuss erreichbare Lokale und keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ausser einer Tankstelle. Ohne Auto kommt man nicht zurecht. Die Straßenführung ist kompliziert und man muss aus Richtung Marbella kommend einen mehrere Kilometer langen Umweg fahren, um die Anlage zu erreichen. Zusammenfassend ist die Wohnung das Geld nicht wert. Die wenigen positiven Punkte passen leider nicht mehr herein, da die Zeichen limitiert sind. War auf jeden Fall die schlechteste (höherpreisige) Ferienwohnung, die wir bislang hatten.
